"Excellent resort with great hiking trails and close to beach
The only problem is dinning option
Only buffet is avail so we had to do room service but menu is limited"
"This was such a cute little place to stay. We were looking for a tour of the island without having to go back into the city and the front desk staff were very helpful in finding us an English speaking guide.
There’s not a lot around to walk to as far as restaurants go, but we did partake in the 2 closest ones to our hotel and both restaurants were excellent."
"Not as expected. Promoting video is not showing today’s state.
Roof terrace had only 2 tables 8 chairs and one couch. No pillows or parasols.
Same around and old pool.
Needs major upgrades."
"My friends and I had an amazing stay at the Lotte Jeju Hotel and are already making plans to visit again. The hotel’s beautiful oceanside views made the experience truly special and relaxing from the moment we arrived.
We thoroughly enjoyed the pool, fitness center, and both the breakfast and dinner buffets. The buffet selections were excellent with amazing options for everyone. The service was top-notch throughout our stay. From the front desk and concierge to housekeeping, every staff member was welcoming, professional, and attentive.
One of our favorite features was the Record listening area, which was the perfect place to unwind at the end of the day. We also loved the easy walking access to nearby restaurants and the 7-Eleven, which added extra convenience to our stay.
Overall, the Lotte Jeju Hotel provided a luxury experience with exceptional service, beautiful views, and outstanding amenities. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Jeju."
"Amazing facilities like the themepark . However, waterpark was partly closed when we were there. Only open was the wavepool . There is also infinity pool. Only drawback was no laundromat. It is laundry service which is $$$. Food in the foodcourtnis affordable but the buffet is also expensive."
"LOVE THIS HOTEL!
We got the city view and it was amazing. Room service was also amazing and would love to stay there again. The parking was easy and free for guest. It was a great experience."
