Had an amazing time on our vacation - the hotel and room itself were beautiful and in a great location. It’s sad because if the customer service was good I would give this stay a 5/5! The issue was the communication with the Limehome company. No one was on site other than the cleaners, which is not a problem, but means all communications are through WhatsApp(also not inherently a problem). I had a few issues and when I reached out it was a new person every time with templates response that had no idea who I was or where I was staying, even though my booking reference info was already provided in that exact thread. First, I messaged multiple times asking if it was ok to come a bit early to drop the bag and walk around. That was not possible, but they assured me my room would be ready at 3pm and it was not so I sat outside the door for 30 mins waiting for it to be cleaned. The stay itself was great but the next day I went for a morning walk at 9am, my entry codes stopped working so I was then again locked outside for another 30 mins -imagine if I was trying to catch a flight?!(I’ve seen others post about this) then I reached out to tell them and they asked me twice for my reservation details again! Quite disorganized and left a bad taste for an otherwise perfect hotel, location and stay. I hope you can take this feedback and improve your guest communications because I’ve stayed at other similar places that do it so well and you don’t even notice that no employees are on site
