Fomos bem atendido de maneira geral. A localização do hotel é boa para passeios nas proximidades de Gramado e alguns passeios do passaporte dreams. Para a regiao cêntrica de gramado, é necessário usar o carro. Quartos pequenos, banheiro menor ainda, mas tudo se mantem em temperatura muito agradável por conta disso. Na parte de inclusão alimentar, não atendem com eficiência. Mesmo avisando o hotel, não se preparar e a nutricionista não mantêm uma comunicação alinhada com o staff. Cheguei a passar mal na véspera de um passeio por conta disso. A noite Alemã é muito divertida. Foi bem animado. A área externa com bancos é bem agradável para relaxar. Foi tudo ok de forma geral.

O Hotel tem uma estrutura maravilhosa, principalmente para crianças. Cafe da manhã com pouca variedade, e pedimos serviço de quarto, pois um dos nossos filhos dormiu quando iramos sair para jantar, pedimos ala minuta com feijão,e entregaram sem feijão, ligamos para o restaurante solicitando o insumo faltante, e informaram que já ia subir com urgência,passou 20 minutos e ainda não tinham enviado o insumo faltante. Ligamos novamente para o serviço de quarto e informaram que já iam nos enviar, e em 5 minutos nos ligaram dizendo que não tinha mais, e só falaram que iam ficar nos devendo Um descaso total. As crianças amam esse hotel, por causa das piscinas e área Kids, mas o atendimento do hotel deixa a desejar.
