O hotel é bem na entrada da cidade de Gramado. Café da manhã maravilhoso. A Única coisa que nos pegou foi o fato da piscina ser em uma parte separada do hotel. Ficamos hospedados no final de semana do dia das mães. Estava muito frio...temperaturas na média dos 5°c. E para ter acesso a piscina tem que passar pelo pátio. Aí pegamos todo o frio da rua molhados para entrar novamente no hotel após o uso da piscina. E essa parte não tem em lugar algum falando sobre.

O hotel é maravilhoso, quarto bem equipado, senti falta de um espelho grande no quarto, no nosso pelo menos não tinha. Ficamos 2 diárias, no primeiro dia colocamos a placa para ser limpo o nosso quarto e não foi, isso não gostamos, pois nós que tivemos que limitar e trocar as toalhas, sendo que pagamos taxa de limpeza. O café foi maravilhoso, muito bem servido, porém não tinha as plaquinha para identificar o que era cada opção. Mas em geral com certeza vamos voltar, amamos essa cidade e adoramos a rede SKY. São ponto que observamos e gostaríamos que na próxima ida esses pontos sejam ajustado.

Quarto bem grande, falta iluminação. Cobram 10% de tudo, inclusive estadia, estacionamento, valor bem acima de outros hotéis. Café da manhã sem identificação dos pratos, muito farto, difícil de compreender o que é cada opção. Estacionamento é a céu aberto e pago. Frigobar somente água. Decoração do hotel em estilo clássico bem bonito, uso de muita madeira nobre.

Gostamos muito da rede Sky, já nos hospedamos em vários hotéis da rede, o café da manhã é ótimo. Todavia, essa experiência em específico deixou a desejar. A informação é de que a piscina está aberta das 10h às 22h, no momento de utilizar foi informado que estaria sendo limpa e que seria liberada somente 11h, e, passado esse horário, ainda não estava liberada. Infelizmente saímos sem poder utilizar.
