"Fantastic experience all round - we checked in easily with a warm welcome from the staff. Our room was lovely, very clean, comfy bed and great decor. Little extras were provided too - the portable toothbrush & paste, shower cap and shaving kit, which was a lovely addition, especially if you've forgotten one of these. There was a coffee machine with a variety of teas, coffees and hot chocolate. USB socket as well as normal plug socket. Internet access was easy too. A useful folder in the room...

"Loved our stay here, sad it was only for one night. The staff that checked us in was very friendly and very welcoming. Next day for breakfast the staff, I didn’t catch her name, very lovely too. My little daughters being divas loved the style of the hotel and the big chandelier 😍 will defo return :) "

"The Wellow had a lovely view and was decorated to a lovely standard. We loved our stay and the staff, service & food were good. Just a couple of small suggestions for the room. A mirror above the kettle station would be helpful for doing hair as no plug near the long mirror. Perhaps tissues & bottled water for the rooms to reflect the price."

Super friendly staff from the moment we walked in, nothing was too much trouble, they are genuinely invested in making each and every guest feel valued and welcome. We stayed in Portland and it was a delightful room; spotlessly clean with a stunning view of the needles. Nice little freeview tv with all apps available to log into. Food and drinks really good. Try the spicy mango margarita, absolutely bang on ;)...

"Check in very smooth and lady at desk very happy and helpful, both rooms very clean and fit for purpose, room cleaned daily to a very good standard. Breakfast was plentiful and staff exceptional. All in all a lovely couple of days.

"Beautiful, old building set in lovely gardens. There was a lot of open space and the accommodation was well spread out. It was nice to have a terrace to sit and enjoy a coffee. The Spa was very nice but I can imagine it gets very busy at certain times of the day.

"I booked the Beach House, due to going to Goodwood for a few days. It had good reviews. I was not disappointed. Parking at the rear of the property was a little narrow, but once round the back, plenty of space. Also parking at the front.
Good instructions pre arrival and knew where to find our room. Useful manual in the room. Lovely, comfortable room. Shower was big and good facilities in the room. Felt very homely. Shared communal lounge, downstairs, if we so wished.

Very clean room which wasn’t as big as I was expecting but more than adequate for myself and my husband.
