"What a great motel this is. The rooms that we had were great. Beds were excellent and the bathroom nice and modern. It was the best motel we stayed in on our trip and we stayed in four others.
The restaurant does good food. Just as well as so many places in Cardwell were closed.
The ocean villas that they have available look fantastic.
Just one thing that does need sorting out and that is the internet it regularly dropped out. Not great for teenagers and parents trying to appease them. Get...

"Compact room, but with everything you get in a larger hotel room, and well set out. Good security lighting outside, and quiet location, behind the pub. Very clean and newly renovated. My only mention would be that it was hard to find where to check in… had to go to the public bar. Maybe a bit more signage would help. Overall, would stay here again as it is a bit more modern and cleaner than some of the other options I’ve stayed at in Cardwell. Perfect for breaking up a long drive north. "
