"We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Olivia Balmes Barcelona. The hotel was nice, and the staff were excellent-friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The only downside was that our room could have used some maintenance, as the ceiling in one corner of the bathroom was deteriorating and appeared to be collapsing. Overall, a pleasant stay, but some attention to room upkeep would make the experience even better."

"The desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Our room was ready when we arrived, which was the morning of our stay and way before our check in time. Our room had a balcony that opened to the main street, which was a great way to experience the city. The balcony had two sets of windows, which quieted the street noise when needed. The hotel was within walking distance to restaurants and convenience stores. The breakfast provided was well stocked with many options. The breakfast staff was friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend staying at Petit Palace Eixample."

"Great location, staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was just fine, all essentials included. General cleanliness was okay, but one downside was the room service; we requested room service only once during our stay but the bed sheets were not changed, the body gel bottle was not filled up, no tea bag, toilet paper or soap were added, so I would recommend the management to take a look into this. Other than this, overall it was okay. Thanks!"
