We struggled to find the hotel, called for assistance for help and they didn’t help at all. I told her we can’t find the hotel and she stayed quiet. The room was so hot , the ac was not working. Would definitely not stay here again! Hated the experience

I could smell the sewer odor all the time in the bath room and den, which was horrible. The biggest problem was the noise of elevator that literally you can hear the operation noise of elevator 24hrs. ( I thought that noise was train or subway but I could realize it was elevator when I came outside of the room). Location was great but bed cover was worn out a bit. Kitchen was new and condition of property was good.

This place was a great find at a very reasonable price - especially during FIFA. You can't beat the location - just steps to Harbourfront, Skydome, Scotiabank Arena, the MTCC and Union Station. The only thing we didn't like during the stay was show long we usually had to wait for an elevator - there are only three serving the higher floors (30 & up), one was out of service for 3 out of 4 days and there was often one on "service" so waits of 5 to 10 minutes for the lone working elevator were not uncommon.

Hôtel très bien situé avec une très belle vue sur la tour du CN et le Roger Center. Toutefois notre voiture a été vandalisée dans le stationnement que nous avons loué à l'hôtelier. Dans l'emplacement assigné par le locateur , nous avons retrouvé notre voiture rayée par une clé avec un message "don't park here" dans le pare-brise . Le service de l'hôtel n'a fourni aucune aide pour cette situation , ils nous dirigeaient sans cesse vers le service de sécurité du stationnement sans fournir de coordonnées alors que nous les avions informé que nous avions déjà quitté lorsque nous avons constaté le bris a noté voiture .
