It was very friendly, for a budget accommodation choice, with lovely clean bedding and bathroom and complementary toiletries. The breakfast choice was very good, no cooked breakfast, but plenty of choice otherwise. It is dog friendly and we really enjoyed our overnight stay there and would happily go back if staying in the area again

There is an error in the Hotels.com address for the hotel. The hotel is in Innerleithen, not Peebles as stated in your booking information. This could make a big difference for some customers. There is a car park, but you have to drive through a narrow archway off the high street to get to it. The hotel reluctantly agreed to furnish a cooked breakfast at extra cost, but they don't encourage it. The room wasn't serviced during the whole 5 days that I stayed there. The bed was comfortable and the shower was good.

Nice rooms in a beautiful little village

Very friendly rooms above pub slap bang in the main street. Pretty laid back and jiust came and went as we pleased. Cat and all the staff were very friendly and helpful to us. Bar was great for a few drinks and the town is great with friendly people everywhere. Big bonus was Vale of Leithen won :-)

We arrived late after a long drive but were warmly welcomed and shown to our room. The hotel is comfy with friendly staff and a nice continental breakfast. It's a good place if you need to break a long journey, but not perhaps what you would choose as a holiday destination. It was fine for us, so thank you!
