"Our 3 bedroom apartment at the Reykjanes Guesthouse was clean, spacious, and a perfect “home base” for our trip.
The well appointed kitchen had everything we needed to make a meal or two in, and being just 26 minutes from KEF, with the Blue Lagoon in between, meant very easy arrival and departure days.
From Grindavik, we were easily able to drive to Geysir, Gullfoss, and Thingvellir National Park (with substantial stops at each) in one day, with dinner in Reykjavík.
This was the perfect spot for our trip to Iceland with our 3 boys, 20, 18, and 16. "
