Son emplacement est un vrai coup de cœur : juste en face de la magnifique Mosquée Ketchaoua et en plein cœur de la Casbah. C’est un plaisir de pouvoir sortir et se retrouver immédiatement plongé dans l’histoire d’Alger. Le personnel a également été très accueillant et toujours prêt à aider. "Très belle découverte. L'hôtel est neuf, moderne et très propre. Les chambres sont confortables et tout semble encore flambant neuf, ce qui est vraiment appréciable. Le point fort pour moi reste le personnel, toujours souriant, serviable et aux petits soins. On se sent rapidement le bienvenu et ça fait toute la différence. J'ai aussi beaucoup aimé l'emplacement. "I was given a single room with a single bed for me and my teenage son. I paid for a double room and I was told that I couldn't get any room at first because the hotel was overbooked. I was given a single room with a queen size after insisting. The beds metal was out. Im still recovering."
