"We stayed overnight as we had an early flight in the morning.the man who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. The room was like an apartment had everything uou needed and they have a dhuttle service to the airport. Akso xan ordef in from ftom nearby restaurants. Would recommend if you need to be near the airport."

"I spent six days here and it was a pleasant place to relax and unwind.
Its convenient for the airport and thanks to Uber get around was easy and its just a short ride to the metro.
The staff are very friendly and nothing seemed to be to much trouble.
The restaurant was OK, a large menu, but much of it wasn't available, but what there was was very tasty. Breakfast was simple but more than sufficient.
Would certainly stay again when I am passing through."

"I was staying with my wife in NM Royale County for 12 days during my Kerala vacation. Only problem I found was there's no overhead shower facility, only a hand held shower head is there. I found very difficult to take a bath only with a hand held shower head. "

"Vi är ett äldre par som reser runt på egen hand i Kerala, mestadels på budgethotell. Här ligger standarden på en helt annan nivå. Allt håller hög klass, speciellt frukosten och buff’en på kvällen. Enda nackdelen är läget vid en mycket hårt trafikerad gata - man går inte gärna ut och promenerar runt kvarteret. I så fall får man ta en tuk-tuk till något mer trevligt ställe."

- the service at 2 of the restaurants was very slow and inefficient: it took them 20 mins to let us know that the wine we had ordered was not available and 20 more to actually bring the drinks, that came when we were almost done with the food. We also waited 25 mins for a burger to find out that the fries were cold.
- we had to ask 2 times to get toiletries in our bathroom"
