"The very best was how attentive the reception staff always were. Angela and the ither girl, were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room was spotless and very comfortable. Breakfast was simply but delicious and varied. The hotel’s location is fantastic; rooftops everywhere, restaurants, plazas, pharmacies, and shops, are all within easy reach. Love Cartagena😍😍😍. I would definitely stay there again.

The rooms were clean and the pool in the courtyard was very nice to have access to as well. The breakfast included is also great, much better than most hotel breakfasts I’ve had. Would definitely stay here again if I come back to Cartagena!"
"I really like this hotel. I have stayed here three times since I started visiting Cartagena and each stay has been better than the last one. The location is in the center of the old city and you could not ask for it to be better. The staff is top-notch and go out of their way to make your experience enjoyable. The rooms are a little smaller (admittedly I do not stay in the larger ones) but the hotel size itself makes up for it. I appreciate them more and more every time I stay in Cartagena."

we just spent 5 days at Quadrifolio, and it was a great experience. The hotel is an old open courtyard manor that was converted into 7 or 8 rooms. The rooms are nice with comfortable beds, a nice shower, and bathroom amenities. The bathroom isn't air conditioned, but wasn't a huge problem for our group.
The hotel staff cleans the room at every turn, and the entire group is so attentive. We made friends with the 7 or so forward facing staff, and they made the experience that much better....
This was a beautiful experience. My family was a group of 10 and we all loved it. My only regret is not staying longer. The house is beautiful and had charm and character. The exposed courtyard, architecture and styling takes you back to the 1700's. The communication was excellent with Andres. The service was great. The breakfast they prepared was typical and delicious! I can't stay enough about the whole experience.
It's a cozy hotel at the heart of the historic center, making it convenient and walkable for us, and it's absolutely gorgeous. The interior is a combination of both traditional and new, and the staff members are great! Kathleen was kind, informative and very helpful with everything. Breakfast is also good! It is a small, beautiful, colonial property with wonderful staff (front desk, doormen, cleaners, waiters). Everyone went out of their way to make me feel welcome and safe. The bfast was very good, the coffee strong (a french press, no espresso), and the restaurant has a good ceviche. I worked on my laptop in the courtyard one afternoon and it was amazingly peaceful and productive. The actual room, however, could be improved. Lovely boutique hotel right in the heart of the wall city. Within walking distance to restaurants and other attractions. Eli at the reception was very friendly and pleasant. Juan at the restaurant provided excellent service. Breakfast was very good, with many options. The jacuzzi was not warm. We were told it would take a while to heat up, but it didn't. Overall
One of our favorite hotel stays in another country. Fantastic location, beautiful property, comfortable rooms, and delicious breakfast.
The distinguishing factor was service of the staff. When my fiance had a medical incident, the staff sprung into action to help resolve the issue and make sure we were safe and comfortable (not to worry, she's totally ok now!)
i loved this little hotel. i understand people's frustration with the rooms and privacy options etc, but when i went to them with my request to change rooms they were very accommodating. i would say if you want a private bathroom/shower you have to request that....also if you want to be able to open your windows and want privacy you have to request that as well. the rooftop breakfast spot was lovely....the staff was kind and helpful.

I stayed in the Hotel Santa Catalina as a part of a group trip, and extended my trip after the group left. I felt very safe in the hotel at all times. The rooftop bar is a vibe, very relaxing during the day with good music, drinks, and food in the evening. All of the staff are very pleasant and accommodating. I would book the Hotel Santa Catalina again.

This property is a dream come true for anybody who is looking to have a quiet, luxurious and a super spoiled vacation. Everyone and I mean everyone on their team is so helpful and polite. The property is located right next to the beach so the view is captivating. It’s walking distance from everywhere in the walled city. We could not have been happier with Casa Claver Hotel. The hotel is a small beautiful boutique hotel located in the walled city. The hotel is so pretty. We stayed in a large suite with 2 bedrooms plus a loft. Our room had a washer/dryer and full kitchen (which added to the convenience). We were served a delicious breakfast every morning in our room.
