"Great location! At the time of our stay, 2 days put of the 3 night, water stopped working every afternoon. It was only when a new guest checked in and made a big deal, when the owner decided to purchase water. This is not entirely the hotels fault, there’s an issue with water supply in the area. Solution should have been made at the beginning of the incident. Overall, it was a decent accommodation, perfect location, walkable, safe and I don’t mind staying again."

"The hotel is amazing and the staff are caring. The only inconvenience we encountered was delays in the golf cart services to get our bags to the lobby and the catamaran having technical issues which meant we arrived via speedboat. The hotel staff helped resolve the catamaran issue quickly and refunded us a portion. Amazing stay overall."
