"Reception lady was warm and welcoming , Breakfast was to a very high standard with again great staff . Location wise being close to Russel Square with all its going on. Rear garden will be a delight in the summer ."

"STG is an ideal place to stay in London, ideally located for transport links and attractions, rooms clean and well maintained. Having happily stayed at what was St Giles for many years it was was extremely disappointing to find that the once free baggage storage is now an exorbitant £10 per piece per day, arrive early £20, want to check out and travel later £20… money grabbing at its worst. Also disappointing was finding that the tea / coffee making facilities for the room had been taken away- more penny pinching and very sad. Will be looking at alternate options in the future factoring in location, baggage storage and free breakfast in the overall price. "

"It was a short stay. the breakfast was overpriced so we declined it. the room was teeny. there was a folding chair stored with a strap against the wall. The room was so small there was no point in having the chair. The bed seemed smaller than a double. We paid extra for a window, and it was an almost normal window but it was mostly blocked by a wall that was built in front of it! It was fine but I wouldn't book there again."

"The facility itself was great except that our room smelled like sewage gas from the bath tub and sink. Also, our taxi driver dropped us off at the wrong location. There are two Radisson Hotels on Tottenham Court Road, so we had to pay a taxi twice to get to the right place. The guy who works there said about 20 people per day go to the wrong locality. That’s inexcusable! They should deferentiate the two localities! The English breakfast was outstanding; the staff all went out of their way to accommodate us. The bathtub/shower was extremely dangerous. The tub’s slant made it difficult to stand in the tub to take a shower without losing one’s balance, and the sides of the tub were so high as to be difficult to climb out of without falling. "
