Konvin Hotel by Reykjavik Keflavik Airport
10/10 Excellent
"I wish they had mini fridges in the rooms. Their bistro is quite good and gives hotel guests a discount. And it was one of the least expensive sit-down meals we had during this trip."
Center Hotels Plaza
10/10 Excellent
"Hotel was great and the location to restaurants, shopping and bars was amazing."
Hotel Vellir
10/10 Excellent
"My wife and I stayed here in 2019 on a previous visit to Iceland. We were pleased with it then and figured that we would be equally pleased this time. We were not disappointed. Of particular note, the breakfast buffet was among the best that we experienced in the past 10 days of traveling."
Reykjavik Residence Apartment Hotel
8/10 Good
"Staff was very helpful, room was clean and having the kitchenette was great. Good location for walking around Reykjavik and picking up the group tours. No elevator in our building, just one flight of stairs but could be problem for anyone with disabilities. Some loud music one night on the weekend but ended by midnight."
Alda Hotel Reykjavik
10/10 Excellent
"The hotel is the perfect location for walking around the city center and is a 5-minute walk to a pick-up/drop-off location for local tours. The hotel staff were very friendly and the room was clean and larger than expected."
Exeter Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"Staff was nice, bed was super comfy and downstairs restaurants had a good variety of foods. Close walking to most of the city."
Hotel Reykjavik Saga
10/10 Excellent
"Great and modern Hotel with a restaurant and Cafe and a good location. The only issues we had were they could not pro queen bed and they had to push two singles together and their room had no coffee cups despite we would recommend this hotel."
Hotel Reykjavík Grand
10/10 Excellent
"Construction behind the hotel is very noisy during our stay. Convenient location. Bus stops nearby."
Aska Vellir
10/10 Excellent
"This was a great value, as hotels in Iceland are typically expensive. The room is not big, but it worked for four of us for one night. We just needed a clean place to shower and sleep. I had trouble figuring out the pull-out bed (you have to pull from the top of the sofa). I messaged the host and the host replied within a couple of minutes with a link to a video demonstrating how to pull out the bed. For a pull-out bed, it was quite comfortable. If you have a group of four, I wouldn't recommend it for more than one or two nights because it isn't that big. But it worked well for us, and it was an easy 30-minute drive to Keflavik airport in the morning. Again, it was a great value for what we paid, and it met our needs."
