Chelsea Hotel, Toronto
"Clean, great location, helpful staff. But our first night there, the fire alarm went off at 2 am. We were on the 24th floor and started down the stairs only to get trapped by the bottleneck at the bottom caused by lower floors flooding the stairwell. We did not move until the alarm was stood down. No staff checked on us or coordinated the response. Had this been an actual fire we may not have made it out. This is not a minor incident. It tells us they are not prepared for an emergency. May not stay there again."

"It was a very nice place to stay at, the beds are very comfortable."

"The property was very nicely maintained, the staff were extremely helpful and the pool area and drinks were delicious. We will definitely be back!"
TOOR Hotel Toronto, part of JdV by Hyatt
"It was a last minute booking, but we got lucky with the hotel. Convenient location within walking distance to shopping center and bus stops to go around the city. The rooms were clean, the stuff was friendly and the valet parking was cheaper than anything around the area."
Union Hotel
"Wonderful smelling shampoo, conditioner, soap, and hand cream provided. Room is just the right size not too big or too small. Room was comfortable easy to adjust temperature, and appeared to be recently renovated in full with thoughtful touches throughout. Only tip for the shower temperature is on the left side and a bit hard to turn but once it’s set it’s good to go. Very convenient if taking the train as it’s a 2 minute walk to union station."
Crowne Plaza Toronto Airport by IHG
"Clean room, nice staff, quiet environment"
Holiday Inn Toronto Downtown Centre by IHG
"Great stay , loved the all you can eat breakfast buffet, All the staff I encountered were excellent and very pleasant, the only thing I really disliked was my room it was very small considering I had a premium room, the amenities were available, along with Wi-Fi station located dwn stairs for customers to use their devices. Suggestion : would be to have towels in the fitness room, other than, I'll be back again."
