The accommodation was super comfortable for me as a solo traveler and had everything I needed. The location was also excellent, with everything within walking distance. What I would especially like to highlight is the incredibly warm and friendly hospitality. Mia welcomed me with open arms and helped me plan my trips to Ha Long Bay and Ninh Binh from A to Z in a very short time, organizing everything for me. Some might say, “Well, that’s normal” - but no, it really isn’t. She checked in with me every day via WhatsApp, asking whether the driver had arrived, if I had made it safely to the hotel, how I liked the trip, and more. Receiving this level of care and service is truly not something to be taken for granted, and I am very grateful to her. For this reason alone, this place comes highly recommended. "

"Many other good hotels in the area, so I don't think I will return to this hotel. Overall, the hotel is nice, in a quiet area which is close enough to the old quarter. Room was big and clean but with a musty smell. Pool and pool area are quite small and the water is cold. Pool menu is limited and overpriced. Did not take the breakfast as it was overpriced while there are alternatives around. "

"The GM Premium Hotel is conveniently located right in the heart of Hanoi's old quarter, although you wouldn't know from inside as the rooms are very quiet. Although the foundations are old, the rooms are very tasteful decorated with all the expected modern touches, and for a very reasonable price compared to similar options nearby. The hotel and it's facilities are great, but the real stand out is the amazing staff who are all consistently friendly, helpful, and accommodating whether it's checking in, having breakfast, or asking for help booking dining or activities. Grace at the front desk was especially helpful and went above and beyond to ensure the stay for our anniversary was as pleasant as possible. Definitely recommend staying at GM Premium if you're going to be spending time exploring Hanoi and the old quarter!"
