"Location Location Location !! Friendly welcoming staff Nice upkeep of legendary Chicago hotel. Rooms decent side. Excellent water pressure in shower. Only suggestion would be to replace dated carpet in hotel room with laminate flooring. The carpet is tired looking"

"The Silversmith Hotel was an amazing downtown Chicago hotel for our stay! The staff was friendly and explained things really well when we first arrived and offered to answer questions. The bar tender was very kind and personable. The property was quiet and clean-they even came to remove our garbage more times than we expected over the 3 night stay. They really exceeded our expectations. We will definitely stay in this great location again if we can!"

"Warwick Allerton is my favorite place to stay when visiting Chicago! Staying in the Gold Coast means walking distance from the restaurants, stores and other Chicago touristy things. Super close to Nordstrom, Tiffany, Ralph Lauren etc. 5 minute walk to Steak 48 for dinner & about a 15 minute walk to the Navy Pier! "Amazing place to see the sights of Chicago. Literally right across from the Bean. The staff was phenomenal and the room was spotless. The bed quality was top notch, as was the room service. Only quibble was that the shower dial was a bit faulty and would not stay at the desired setting makin the water hotter than we wanted. Other than that our experience was excellent. Highly recommended!!"
