"This is our third and probably final trip to Sun Mountain Lodge. It’s still a beautiful location, food was ok, a bit expensive, but the real issue is the rooms. Outdated yes, but how about just some touch up paint and clean them? Our room looked like it had not been dusted in a week and the curtains were filthy. A quart of paint and some trim touch up would go along ways. Also, walking back from the lodge two nights to our room is almost suicide. There are lights close to the buildings, but zero on the road or path to the parking lot from the lodge, terrible! "

"I showed up 90 min away from home ready to check in. For some reason they had my reservation cancelled. I told them it shouldn’t have, hotels took my money out of the bank and I have arrived for my stay. They told me to contact hotels there is nothing they can do. I called and told them what happened. Hotels said they would review the issue and get back to me. This hotel wouldn’t answer any phone calls and hotels denied my request for a refund. I didn’t cancel anything and was there ready to check in. It was an error on their part but yet I’m out of $197. Very disappointing. "

"Overall stay was good. Very cute room, the bed and pillows were amazing. Location was great, right next to the walking bridge, river and just minutes from downtown. My only negative is that there is no sound barrier between the rooms and could hear every little nose coming from my neighbors, the stairwell etc. I did have an upstairs room, so I can only imagine it would have been worse if I had people above me too. "

"Couldn’t find any staff, talked with one through app, and they were rude. Disgusting room, not cleaned, awful."

"Jacuzzi tub didn't work but there was plenty of hot water enjoyed my soak parking was good"

"Great view of the river and sounding hills from your room. All of downtown is walking distance."
