It is spacious, has a very big and cool shower, has great ac and giant tv, plenty of light, has a safe, and the biggest, most comfortable bed I have ever laid on. The pillows aren’t as comfortable as the bed, and the breakfast is very limited, but there is plenty of breakfast/brunch places in walking distance, so it was not a big deal. Also, you may have to pay for parking! But, I 1000% recommend staying...

"We stayed only one night in the top floor suite. Wish we planned a longer trip. It is very spacious, like a full apartment. We will definitely return next year for a longer visit. So close to downtown and walkable to all restaurants and water."

"Wish they had a breakfast. Bed was super comfortable. Would have loved to meet the owners or someone that worked there. We checked in alone, never saw a soul and left without seeing anyone either. Owner was quick to answer any concerns via text so that was good. I loved it. I’d go back. "

"The waterfront view from the hotel porch is amazing. The hotel is very cozy and nice. Unfortunatelly, there's no elevator to access the second or third floors where my room was, so carrying the luggage is a hassle. The room is correct and confortable."

Also - the Continental Breakfast was more than we expected! Beyond a few kinds of breakfast bread and a toaster, there was also whipped cream cheese, hard-boiled eggs, and a couple types of fresh fruit. We were very pleased.
There were only a couple drawbacks (which would NOT keep me from recommending the experience):
