"BED SHEET HAD STAINS"

"This is the worse hotel that we have ever stayed in. We could not close the pocket door to the bathroom. (4 of us shared the hotel room because we were only there for a short time.) The door was swollen from the excess water in the bathroom. Only hot water came out of the faust. We really slept in our clothes because it was past scary. We got there close to mid-night so we spent the night because we had paid in advance. The drapes were ripped and torn. I dropped a pill on the carpet, I put that pill in garbage can. The entry door needed to be washed or maybe painted it looked very dirty. There was plenty of parking not much lighting though. Please don't stay there. We tried calling to confirm our reservation after 45 mins l stopped calling the unanswered phone. Please stay away. It's not worth the $80 bucks not even for free. We believed that this hotel chain had standards this should be CLOSED DOWN. We had two handicapped people with us and the front desk would not have the hotel shuttle come pick us up at our building # 7. We had to ask about the American Disability Act and still they would not help us. One plus, there was plenty of parking, not much lighting. DO NOT USE THE HOTEL. R Brough "

"The room was very dirty, had blood stain on carpet, filled with mold in the shower and the A/C units. Shower was not working properly, the front desk would not answer the phone only one towel was in the bathroom. "

"So the check-in staff were friendly and helpful offering detailed instruction and information, the entire place was immaculate. Our room was spotless and spacious. The breakfast buffet was pretty incredible with a large selection of fresh food. The covered parking was convenient, however be aware of a low height. Also the fee is for 24 hours allowing us to park past checkout and offers in and out privileges."

"Amazing location! Simply one of thee best rooms ever had in a business trip considering that we travel a lot because of business, this option was a perfect deal."

"It's good, but there is no parking garage. Need to walk from the public parking."
