"Shadow Mountain Lodge is a nice quiet place to stay and we’ve stayed here in the past but it has changed, there is no more face to face interaction with any staff, all check in and check out is done by phone. There is no more hot tub, it has been filled in and is now a sitting area. There is a small cabinet in the corner of the porch with extra towels and coffee pods and anything else you might need so we never saw a house keeper yet there was an envelope on the table to leave a tip for the house keeper. All in all it’s still a nice place to stay, it’s just not the same."
