"The staff was rude and mainly unhelpful at most points. They were frequently missing from the front desk even during open hours. The entire hotel smelled like smoke and pot smell. We asked for body was during the stay since it ran out and no one ever brought it. It was nice that it was new but the staff and smell really got to us "

"The room door wouldn't close when we arrived. Although we weren't happy to have to drag all our luggage back downstairs to the desk, the staff was super kind and gave us a new room immediately. Maintenance was on it right away. No complaints!"

"The only good part about it was the lady that checked us in. The door to get in wasn't locked. Anyone can get in. Our room for didn't lock. The beds are this thin metal base so when you get in and out of bed it sounds like thunder. The frig wasn't plugged in. We had to move everything and plug it in.
