"Tru is always a nice place to stay. Very clean. Very friendly staff. Good breakfast food. The rooms are comfortable and clean. You can log into your streaming apps on the tv. And it logs you out when you check out. I sta at Tru hotels when I can. "

"The bed was in a corner of the room that didn’t allow walk around bed space. The shower flooded the bathroom floor. The bathroom door would not stay open. The view from my window was of the rooftop air conditioning unit. The table leg was broke.l and about to callapse. The front desk person was on the phone when we arrived and totally ignored us until he finished the call. Breakfast was disappointing."

"My husband stayed for his conference. He said the room and staff were wonderful. He felt comfortable and was pleasantly surprised of the quality of food for the breakfast. He was happy with my choice for him. "

"Property was terrible the room was dirty and had a terrible smell. The staff was very rude we had a mix up with our reservation they wouldnt refund so we lost the money we paid and still had to purchase another room so we were out of alot of money"
