There are no microwaves or mini fridges in these rooms..At least there wasn't any in mine for my entire 7 day stay. No soap or toilet paper was provided after my first day. The management and house cleaning staff were all very rude and disrespectful for the entire booking I wouldn't recommend this place even if it was offered for free.. .

The location is close to fast‑food restaurants, but it is extremely dirty. You can’t walk around without shoes. The pillowcases smell like they were already used — dirty, “black mold everywhere”, old food in the freezer. The place needs a lot of improvement. In the city where I come from, a place like this would be shut down. This situation says a lot about the mayor and the council members. Even the grass and the surrounding area are poorly maintained.

They told me that they didn’t care if i had a confirmation with them they refused to call their management to confirm it (due to the wifi being out but management had access to it ) they told me to either pay them cash or get off their property. This was after traveling from Philadelphia to MS for my daughter’s graduation. She was short and rude every step of the way. The place was rundown and had people smoking and drinking in the parking lot. It was horrible

This was one of the most disgusting hotels I’ve ever stayed in. How in the hell they have a 4.8 at a five stars is one of the universe’s great mysteries. This place was a dump.

It does look like they clean the rooms often. I am grateful for a place to sleep while moving across the country however this is not a place I would stay if I was visiting Jackson, MS for an extended time.

The nastiest place in Jackson

It was nasty spider webs everywhere. Tub had hair and feces in it. The shower curtain was torn.The covers had cigarettes burns. Then there was used cigarettes on the floor under the bed

There were fist-sized holes in the walls with towels shoved into them. There were some bullet-sized holes in the walls. Curtain had been nailed to the wall. Yellowish brown stains on the white comforters!! Desk was sticky. Smoke detectors were not even active - they had been taken apart and were laying on a shelf. My son now has some kind of bug bites on his arms. There was no soap, no shampoo, no cups for water. Owners were nice but I will never stay there again.
