"We were very impressed with the room at Springhill Suites, it was one of the best rooms we have ever stayed in and the price was very reasonable considering what we had for a room. The choices for breakfast were plentiful so there is no reason to plan on eating breakfast away from the hotel. If I ever have to stay in Medford again I will certainly stay here. I don't want to forget that the reason we stayed there was proximity to the airport which worked out well and we were worried about noise but it was not a factor."

"Had someone living in hotel above us that would making pounding noises from 8pm until 11pm and sounded like someone running around all morning it was very irritating. Using the laundry facilities was very confusing. Not user friendly and front desk had no idea how to work things correctly. Overall was ok, just be prepared no amenities in room. Will have to purchase. We purchased dishes, pan, utensils and coffee maker that couldn't take back on plane so left behind with note asking them to donate, I hope they did, would be a waste if went in garbage after only a week of use .."

"We had a room that someone had stained the carpet and they tried to clean it and then covered it with a rug. It was so horrible smelling I couldn't stand to be in the room. I asked to switch and right away was given a new room. The front desk lady was great about it, but housekeeping should have told them that room should not have been used. Other then that restaurant was good, breakfast was okay. The pool in in a separate building from the motel."
