"Overall experience as a whole was great. Hotel location with a skybridge to the mall was very convenient. Unfortunately, Expedia did not disclose that their pool was closed and it was one of our main reasons for the trip and choosing this hotel. Kids were truly bummed out. Hotel comped our parking, but I would have preferred to know about the pool closure so I could look for a different hotel. "

"I asked the lady who had no customers I asked if I could have her bath towels and I would give her two dirty ones. She said No! We are out"

Nothing was made available. The carpet in our room was torn/cut out in the closet area, as well. I expected better. "
