"There were no phones in the room. I had to look up the hotels number on my cell phone to call the front desk. We did not have the proper remote control for the tv."

"The property does not prioritize guest or worker safety. There was ongoing construction to the pool and no notice on their website or third party resellers like hotels.com. Toxic fumes permeated guest areas due to the aforementioned construction and there was deceased insects in areas with food contact. Molded or mildewed outdoor furnishing and visible neglect. Very disappointed. There were no other rooms available and we were unable to complete our stay. Management was either unwilling or unable to address and remedy our concerns. "
