"Rooms were large and spacious and super clean. View was beautiful with all the city lights. Shuttle to and from the airport was free and fantastic. Breakfast options and coffee was available before the posted times… which was a help for our early morning flights. Parking was listed as self-pay which I did not understand means you park it but you do have to pay to park ($30). We opted to take the rental car back early instead of parking and the shuttle bus picked us up from the rental center. "

"The experience was terrible. Hotel is so dated and in dire need of a massive overhaul. The restaurant sucks. Front desk is not helpful and needs to be trained properly. The attitude overall is tired and like you’re a nuisance. Arguably one of the worst hotels I stayed at. And it says it’s a 4 star hotel is comical. A 3 star is a stretch. Stay far away. Never again will me or my companies employees stay at Hyatt regency. "

"Although the hotel is a bit rundown compared to other Embassy Suites I have stayed in, we felt really good about our stay until the last hour. I had two separate bookings because of a flight change that made staying at the hotel until closer to an international flight worth it. The person who checked me in indicated that everything was fine, however our keys were demagnetized when we returned to the room. The front desk person was not customer oriented, and I had a hard time making her understand and getting a receipt when I checked out. Not a good way to end a stay."

"The breakfast was fresh, laundry was good and our room was clean. We had a great stay and we were very satisfied with our reservation choice. I would recommend to my friends and family. I will rebook this stay another time I visit the city. "
