The staff were communicative and quick to respond to any issues (body wash dispenser was empty and one of the beach chairs was broken, both were handled quickly). Not very noisy at night except for the occasional car blasting reggaeton music and the hotel provided ear plugs. The call of the coqui frogs was a great way to fall asleep!"

"We have stayed at the El Conquistador in the past and loved Las Casitas so much more. It is less busy and much more private. We had the infinity pool to ourselves quite often and we as easy to find places to relax. It was close enough to El Conquistador to still enjoy the amenities. The property is stunning and staff are exceptional. Thanks for a wonderful stay!"
