The host was very kind and the area was safe with a lot of activities. They offer room cleaning service everyday and it is optional. Communication was clear and friendly. There’s also a park within walking distance with a bus stop. I will definitely stay here again whenever I’m in Saigon! "

"Our original hotel booking canceled on us due to broken A/C. This was as we had just landed after a grueling 20+ hour flight to HCMC. Scrambling to find a place at 1am, we found The Concept Hotel and it was a haven of peace and gratitude. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful and we wanted to stay longer but they were booked solid for the weekend. We were SO glad to have found this place!"
