He made the check-in process smooth and went above and beyond to ensure that all our needs were met. His kindness and attitude made a great first impression. I would also like to recognize Mr. Salah and his team from housekeeping for his outstanding work. The room was always spotless, well-organized, and very comfortable. His dedication and attention to detail did not go unnoticed and contributed greatly to the overall quality of my stay. The hotel itself is elegant, clean, and offers a relaxing atmosphere. "Clean room, nice bellboy, receptionist helpful, but due to peak season, it is a little bit busy. My friend asked for a towel a couple of times (more than 3 times) until she got it. Good for a umroh trip, super close to gate 309 or 310, close to a food court and grocery store. "
