"We really loved this hotel. The staff are incredibly kind, were always in touch, and helped us with everything. The room was clean, and both the air conditioning and the ceiling fan worked perfectly. The only thing is that outside the room, in the reception area, the AC isn't turned on and it gets very hot, but nobody really spends much time there anyway. Even though the windows face the street—and we read in reviews for many other hotels in Santo Domingo that it gets loud—it was very quiet...
