"Room was clean but a little dated, could use some new carpet for sure. Mattress topper had a tendency of wanting to slide off the bed. On a much more positive note, the room was quiet and the food in the pub/sports bar was good. No shopping or places to eat within walking distance with the one exception of a place called “Wings” directly across the road from the front entrance, nothing to write home about. "2 night stay whilst visiting friends in Amsterdam and Lelystad. Last stayed here about 8 years ago. Still excellent service, ideal location just outside Amsterdam and close to Schipol. Staff were friendly and helpful. Overall excellent value for money."

The area is peaceful near the airport, the staff is courteous , the rooms are very clean, the breakfast is worthwhile paying extra and they offer great free transportation to the airport where you can easily take the train to downtown."
