Was happy to receive a complimentary room upgrade when I arrived, the room was exceptionally clean, wonderful shower, comfy bed, blackout curtains, and the room was quiet. Only small complaints were that the bathroom didn't have great lighting, the toilet paper was quite rough, and 1 of the 2 elevators was out of service for my entire 13 night stay. Overall I was very satisfied with my stay.

Very close to Amstel station meaning you can easily get into centre via the metro, takes about 10 mins. Quiet area but a few bars nearby. Very warm welcome and staff were very friendly. The only slight minor point was we’d asked for our room to be cleaned and it wasn’t. We managed to get fresh towels though and staff were apologetic.

Fantastic property 5 minutes from Amstel station which has intercity connections. Hotel is amazing. Great ambiance, amazing breakfast. Rooms are not large and not too small, good size. The hotel was great, clean, modern, bright, well equipped for travellers. Well stocked self service shop. Easily accessible from Central Amsterdam (4 stops on the Metro) or the more scenic Tram. The food, cocktails and service in the restaurant were really good. The Rooftop bar was lovely but check times as they closed early when we were there! I’d definitely recommend this hotel if you’re planning a trip to Amsterdam!

What a delightful stay at Hotel Casa Amsterdam! From the moment I arrived on 6/6/2026 the staff were warm and welcoming, making me feel right at home. My room (616) was refreshingly clean with crisp, fresh linens and a wonderfully comfortable bed — I slept so well. I loved that the windows were operable; being able to open them for fresh air and listen to the rainstorm made the stay extra cozy and relaxing. The location is great too, with plenty of lovely eateries within easy walking distance. Highly recommend for a comfortable, friendly stay in Amsterdam!
