The breakfast is surely something to behold all manner of sweet and savoury delights, the idlis were particularly good served with sambal and the dosas were delicious with a lovely fluffy potato fillings.I’ve never been away at Christmas time before,the Taj had a magnificent tree and presents in the foyer with Christmas lights.They even laid on a Christmas parade with Santa on a motorcycle!! "Front desk staff are attentive and efficient. Room was comfortable. The mattress was excellent. Four full-size pillows, although a little too spongy for me. I’d suggest offering a different pillow style on two of them. Superb shower and water pressure. Breakfast opens at 6:30am and is the star of the show at this hotel. Numerous options include traditional English offerings, an egg station where they do whatever you ask, and do it well. Traditional Indian offerings are plentiful, and vary from...
