"Mattress was needing replacement. On the summer don't stay on the side where the West sun hits the room window. AC can't cool the room off Maintenance came but he said it was the sun. Hotel fully booked so we could not change rooms. We had to go buy a fan. No good place to eat near the hotel so we ate supper every night at the restaurant there Hotel was walking distance to the event we went there for. Hotel was very nice and they gave us breakfast vouchers for the hot room."

"The hotel and room was clean. The staff at the front desk was very helpful had an issue checking in but they got it together. The only issue I had was the hallways and room had like a mildew smell."

"Small room, but clean with everything you needed, bed, shower, sink, and toilet. Tacos and burritos right down in the lobby with a full bar. Free ice water and coffee and pop and gatorade available for purchase. Location is second to none, right in the middle of all the action. 8 blocks to NULU and 8 blocks the other way gets you to the slugger museum with live music, bars, distilleries, restaurants, and everything else in between."

"I really enjoyed the musical and artistic NuLu neighborhood. It feels like the West Hollywood of Louisville, and this hotel is perfectly situated within it, right next to Bob Dylan's distillery. I personally loved this hotel's eclectic mod look, may be dark for some, This was a family trip, not a business trip FYI. The views from The Genevieve rooftop were elegant, and the jazz bar downstairs was covering Nirvana and there was more music within earshot nearby. The French market downstairs and nearby galleries were perfection. My one critique would be the food... It's giving Sysco, and the service; the restaurant upstairs made mistakes with my orders. Looking forward to returning and checking out the Cuban spot across the street."
