"The room was very large and comfortable, however it was dated and it needed painting and repairs. A picture was missing from the wall with a nail left. Breakfast was ok. except for a banana nut bread they serve every morning that is excellent!! Also, they have a coffee machine that makes the specialty coffees."

"The hotel/casino is centrally located to a number of national monuments and other outdoor attractions. It's an easy on/off from the highway. Rooms are clean, quiet and well appointed. The casino is lively but the rooms are isolated from any of the noise. The restaurants are varied, each with their own ambiance and the food is good and relatively reasonable."

"The lobby was locked up. There was nobody around to get help finding our room. Rooms were not clearly labeled. So, we drove around multiple times trying to find our room. We did not know where to park. We even walked around the premisises with our luggage to try to find our room. We booked this hotel because we thought it was in the casino. It is not in the casino. It's down the hill from the casino. Staying here was not convenient at all. "

"Excellent 99 year old historic hotel with a friendly staff. We had an amazing dinner at the hotel’s Peacock restaurant & returned for a perfectly prepared breakfast. The room was spacious with 2 televisions, desk, table with 2 chairs, leather couch in the sunroom & a very comfortable bed. Definitely 5 stars."

"It was a very nice Mothers Day weekend for my wife and I. We were given a 2FL room facing east with gorgeous sunrise views from the balcony. The room was quiet, clean, and with a comfortable bed. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is easy to get to. Breakfast was great. We are very glad we choose Forest Villas for our stay."

"Place has the necessities. There isn’t a lot of room For more that one group to use the jacuzzi, the tv in the room kept going to ‘no signal’ and when working, the local channels never worked. Breakfast was ok, there could be more hot fresh food options. The bathroom was small and the curtain rod was coming off of the wall and the beds easily moved exposing the metal bed frames. It wasn’t a great stay but wasn’t horrible."
