This is a very cool historic hotel that offers a charming ambience, a very attentive staff, very comfortable beds, complimentary breakfast delivered to your room each day, a refreshment station with fresh water, cookies, coffee and tea available all day long. It's near to everything that you want to do/eat/see/drink in Prescott. It's super special.
The staff was friendly and personable. The property is in some disarray with building materials all over. My room was clean. Although entering and exiting the property is a total nightmare, I would stay here again. The addition to a coffee maker in the rooms would be EXCELLENT!
Great one night getaway with the family. The pool was clean and warm for the kids to swim. Room very clean and comfy with a beautiful shower. Breakfast was above average.
The main reason we love this hotel is because I could breathe. I am sensitive to many cleaning chemicals and never have an issue. The hotel is clean, but no chemical smell. Even the bedsheets don't give me issues. There was an issue at check in for everyone, the rooms weren't ready because of a weird situation the night before, but the staff was friendly and offered compensation. The lobby was nice to hang out in when we had to wait.

It was really nice. It was quiet, service was really good, and check in and out was easy. My only complaint would be that the beds were a little dusty and there was no garbage bags in any trash can in my suite. Other than that I loved it. Will be back again.
Having grown up "down the hill" in Wickenburg, I realized this was my first stay in BW Prescottonian. I was very surprised to see a split AC unit in the room instead of the old window AC units. The room was very cool and the split unit very quiet. A nice and welcome addition.
