"We enjoyed our stay at the Toyoko Inn. The staff were very pleasant. Very clean throughout. There are good laundry facilities, however, we were visiting family so it wasn't needed. The Ome line was nearby so it made travelling easy. It is conveniently located near shops, shopping centre and well known fast food outlets.
My only suggestion would be that perhaps cereal could be offered on the breakfast menu. The food was lovely but not something we were able to eat as a breakfast. I appreciate this is just a difference in cultures and we did buy cereal & milk which we kept in our room.
If you're lucky enough to get room 1402 you will have the most breath taking view of Mt Fuji! I would highly recommend this hotel and will use again on future trips. "
"Staff was great and held our bags as we were really early. They did offer early check in but at 2200 yen per hour. We went and got food and came back and they were ready for us. Only thing I recommend is 3-4 towels in the room instead of two. When using the spa you need to take your own towel and I accidentally dropped mine in the shower and didn’t have a replacement in the room. Room has tea and bottled water a plus. "
"The staff was very friendly and helpful for someone who did not speak Japanese.
There is no breakfast but the surrounding area has a excellent selection of places to eat. It's about a 15 minute walk from the train station. And a half block from a 7-11
The room is very small, with a twin bed and single pillow. this is definitely a business hotel.
But for a solo traveller who just needed a bed and a shower this was perfect for the cheap price."

10/10 Excellent
"It was a tiny room, but very convenient since the hotel was located near the train station.
Breakfast and housekeeping was included. Overall, a good experience. I would stay there again. "
"We stayed in the corner triple room for 2 nights. The room is large and clean. The condition is excellent! I like the tatami style flooring. The bathroom, toilet and sink are in separate location. So I didn't run into my family members. We had good sleep at night. The location is central with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Highly recommended."
