Great place

I stayed at this hotel a couple of times. Breakfast is amazing. The staff is super friendly and trying to meet your needs. The location is pretty central. The room was very clean. I will definitely stay there again.

Ambience and cleanliness

Overall, this was a nice and clean place to stay there was an unpleasant smell in the cabin and the main shower head didn’t work in one of our cabins and the glass in the patio was too high blocking the view.

I loved staying here in Aktau. The staff was so kind and the room was beautiful. Looking out at the sunset over the Caspian Sea on the balcony was one of the highlights of my trip. I needed a visa to Azerbaijan printed out and the front desk was happy to oblige. I think Aktau is a great place to visit and recommend more foreign tourists make it a priority. You will have a great time here and the people are so friendly and welcoming. Thank you

Good hotel. Big rooms. excellent breakfast and staff. beautiful swimming pool and sauna. the tv was old and small for the size of the room.

The room is great, very clean. The bed is very comfortable. The room has a TV, kettle, refrigerator. I really liked the shower, hot water, very comfortable. The staff is polite and very helpful.

This used to be one of the best hotels in the city and the reception area is quite impressive, but the room however was a bit tired. Old furniture and stains in the wall are common, but I got an excellent rate on hotels.com so I can't complaint. The location and the view from my window were great. Internet was very good.
