The hotel is on a street semi protected by security, so pretty safe. The amenities are very nice, great breakfast and beautiful garden and views. I forgot an item in the room and they were very helpful about mailing it to me. Highly recommend

Hotel grounds are beautiful and bigger than I expected. Room, bathroom, and patio area were big in size. Breakfast was delicious every morning. The margaritas there were very tasty. They actually gave us complimentary champagne and chocolate covered strawberries on our last night there! The hotel is within walking distance of all the major landmarks and restaurants in town. The views on the roof of the hotel is amazing (two volcanoes and the other surrounding mountains can be seen from there)....

The property was absolutely beautiful. Availability was great, the only thing that I will remark on is that there is not a pool in the hotel or any other surrounding hotels. I went searching for an outdoor pool and could not find one in the area of Cayala. That is the only thing I would recommend. Any pool that could be shared by that hotel and others would be great. Not the AC hotel's fault, will always choose this hotel line.

This was one of the best hotels I have every stayed in. It is absolutely beautiful and super clean. It's very small so each room has a fantastic view. The city outside the hotel isn't great but the front desk can arrange transfers for you to go to different places. They also have great activities in Guatemala that they plan. If you don't arrive for breakfast, they will call you to deliver it to your room so you don't go without. They were the most friendly staff ever and they spoke English. I...

I wish I could give this place more than 5 stars. Absolutely amazing 100/10. The food, the ambiance, the esthetic and the SERVICE?? Impeccable. Special shoout to Dayana Mazate. She was the sweetest and most helpful person. I didn't want to leave this hotel! Definitely a hidden gem.

Excellent choice I made for antigua trip, I’ve traveled there about 6 times, I think I’ve finally found the right choice, would recommend anyone to visit this hotel, has a lot of colonial art inside. A treasure to be discovered. A++++++

First you have to check in, in Hotel Santo Domingo, you can park in their parking at no cost, but you should give them your parking ticket while cheking in Then you can take their shuttle to tenedor del cerro or take your car to tenedor del cerro parking, they are going to be waiting for you in a golf cart to take you to your Camp site They told me that is the same rate if you stay in a camp for 2 or 4 We stay in an old road house restaurated to be a 5 star camping, a lot pf privacy, jacuzzi...

The property is beautiful. Well maintained and the common areas (restaurant, pool, bar, gym) are large, well appointed and comfortable. Our rroom and bathroom were incredibly clean. The best part, though, was the staff at the front desk - in particular, Emanuel. He was incredibly helpful - helping us change to a quieter room, arranging for shuttles, meals to go, and gave good advice on where to eat. Staff goes above and beyond for their guests

I cannot imagine a better place to stay in Antigua. A few hundred yards from the famous Antigua Arch, the staff was above and beyond expectations 24/7. They found us a Mayan tour guide for the city walk and the next day out to the Iximché Ruins, we saw an actual Mayan ritual by people doing their way if life - ie not a show for tourists.
