When we had a problem in our room we were told there was staff that would be available and when we went to get them they were so rude and not helpful and basically told us to go away. The beaches are nice and they have a beautiful playground for kids and some other staff were very nice"

"Flawless Stay – Highly Recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a fantastic experience at this accommodation. The room was absolutely spotless and comfortable, and the entire property was well-maintained. What really made our stay special was the superb staff. A huge thank you to Laura and her male colleague at the desk (whose name escapes me, but he was fantastic!) for being so incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful from start to finish. We truly had nothing to complain about during our time here. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect place to stay!"

"Lovely room. The room and bathroom are small, but the bed is so comfortable and the bathroom is so clean. The balcony is so nice to look at the ocean. The breakfast buffet is wonderful with so many options. It is absolutely delicious! The staff are all so helpful and kind. I would love to stay again. Stay here you’ll love it."
