Nice hotel, location decent, brand new. I would say that no cleaning service could be a problem for some, but I enjoy the privacy. Check-in very easy with kiosks and code is emailed to you.

Impressive design, breakfast spread lots of choices, receptionists ultra helpful! Helped us to have an easy way to go to the train station!

Outstanding

We arrived by train around 1:30am, the hotel entrance is just outside of the main station entrance, very convenient. The desk staff was ready and checked us in very quickly. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Breakfast was nice, good selections and was happy to see iced coffee. Check out was a breeze and we were off to explore before taking the train back to the airport.

Well designed rooms. Nice atmosphere throughout the property. Communication was sometimes frustrating.

Beautiful, modern design. Appreciate using real artists in their walls and soaps. It's nice to work on the big stairs in the lobby.

The stay at Hotel Haaga was very good. Sauna, Gym and swimming pool with daily full breakfast add to the stay very enjoyable. The automatic full body massager helped with the massage services we needed. We observed people bringing their teenage daughter to Men's sauna which didn't look appropriate. We were a family of 4 and we stayed in Hotel Haaga from May 28th through June 2nd and then from June 4th through 9th. Overall experience was Excellent.

This is an excellent hotel. I was traveling as a tourist, and it is close to most attractions in the city. The hotel staff (front desk, restaurant, and housekeeping) were always friendly and helpful. The front desk staff spent an exceptional amount of time helping me find and book various "tourist" excursions. The room size was larger than I expected and well maintained. Despite being built practically on top of the rail tracks in one of the busiest spots in the city, the hotel is amazingly quiet. Great sound insulation, windows and doors.

Amazing location and spacious room, I booked the superior. Plenty of public spaces for games or hanging out! Super breakfast and staff.

Excellent location close to public transportation, fun shopping and trails.Super friendly and helpful staff. Delicious breakfast to suit anyone's palate. Our room was a bit small and dark, but we had a 6th floor room with a sauna and a balcony so the trade off was worth it!

So many things to like. Great friendly staff and impeccable cleanliness. The breakfast is just perfect with every healthy option you could think of. And even more you couldn't... I stay here each time I'm in Helsinki and will be continuing that tradition.
