"Friendly staff. Good value. Close to beach. Easy walking distances to restaurants etc. easy to find local transport. Rooms are basic but clean and this is a good value place to stay run by a nice family."

"First time in Goa , staff couldn’t do enough for us very polite and accommodating, room as exspected basic but clean ,good quality matress but firm , road outside very noisy day and night. Beautiful swimming pool very polite and helpful staff especially Thomas and clita, bottles of water delivered to room every morning and rooms cleaned whenever you wanted, great location great price. We will definitely be returning."
