"Dinner and breakfast was included much to our surprise, and with a great selection as well. The hotel room had a great view and was spacious and clean. Only stayed for a night but I would give a 5 star experience"

"Hide (owner) is such a kind and compassionate person. On arrival he gave us fruit and there were many snacks provided in the rooms. Many of the other days he would give us more fruit and then a lovely gift when we left. Every day he was so helpful in removing all the snow from our vehicle before we left for the ski fields. Hide is what makes this hotel such a pleasant place to stay. Thanks Hide, we loved staying with you!"

"It's a log cabin which is unique in nature. There were 2 types of beds which are good for children and adults. The pool table created a fun time for the family"

"One air conditioner is not enough for summer time. It’s very hot at night and tgere are many bugs at the 1st floor. Lastly the mattress is too soft and we can’t sleep well. But the view is fantastic."

"Amazing hotel with great view to Lake Toya. Top notch service and immaculate room with our own onsen inside. I must add that breakfast we had was just superb. We really can't be happier with our stay. One small note that it's a very short drive (5 mins) to downtown but this is what make this a great stay as it's a bit tucked away from the crowd but still very close to everything we needed."

"Très bel hébergement! Il manquait peut être un peu de vaisselle pour cuisiner. De plus l’annonce indiquait pour 6 personnes mais n’avais de la place que pour 5 personnes (par chance nous étions que 5). Mise a part ces petits détails tout était parfait. Nous avions oubliés une montre et le personnelle c’est occuper de tout pour nous l’envoyer par la poste! Nous avons grandement apprécier le temps qu’ils ont pris pour nous répondre rapidement et procéder a l’envoie! "
