One of the best hotel stays ever. From staff, to property and amenities, everything was 5 stars. Room was cleaned every day, breakfast had a variety of foods, many healthy choices, tasty and tastefully presented. The beach is amazing, with beach chairs and umbrellas available for rent. I would highly recommend it!
I NEVER write reviews but felt I had to write one for this new family-run hotel. What a delightful experience! My father has Parkinson's Disease, and this will probably be his last trip abroad. I had to find a hotel that could accommodate his disability (he has to use a walker). You won't find a better place to stay in Split. They were all so welcoming and gave us some welcome grappa as well as detailed information of restaurants and activities. It was close, walking distance if able, but...
The room was VERY nice. Recently redone with a great big shower. Very clean and roomy. Great location convenient to everything. Easy walk to the port and main road. Highly recommend this property. Marina was great.

Great place to stay, located right in the palace and close to everything. The place was very clean, cute and modern. Wifi was strong and service was very nice. Only thing I can think of improving was that shampoo was missing but I had brought my own anyway. Definitely would stay again for value.
This was an amazing spot for me in Split. It’s right next to the promenade (about 5-10min walking distance) but far away enough to get some peace and quiet. I was able to walk easily to my tour meeting points + catch the ferry. The family was very sweet, accommodating and helpful + the space is so big! I was so shocked when I first saw it. Because of its location on Marjan Hill, it can be a little difficult to find without GPS. We left our car parked and walked up and down to the Riva. If you aren't in reasonably good shape, you might find this to be a problem. But, once you get there, you will find a marvelous hotel. Clean, well run, wonderful staff, good bar, nice swimming pool (and I'm not much for swimming). The breakfast buffet is good and you can tell they take pride in their work. The staff were very helpful and kind, and they even let me check in at 10:30 in the morning when I arrived. The room was very large with everything you could want or need. The property was close to the beach and an easy walk to the Riva. I also appreciate that the restaurant marked dishes as gluten free; it was one of the only ones in Split I found to do that.
