We stayed in the penthouse apartment which had a spectacular view of the entire surrounding area. We made full use of the hot tub, only to discover later on there were unknown floaties in there.. I think it could use a good cleaning. The room and the patio were very clean and very spacious. My daughter had been traveling for 3 weeks so needed to do laundry. While it normally takes 24 hours to get the laundry back, they did it in about 3 hours because we were leaving early the next morning. So...

This boutique hotel worked perfectly for our three nights in Spilt. It is so convenient and easy to get to from the ferry terminal/train station. It was a 3 minute walk to the market and then into the palace walls. As I watched people dragging their suitcases through the palace looking for their accommodations I was so thankful I was staying where I was. This was an amazing spot for me in Split. It’s right next to the promenade (about 5-10min walking distance) but far away enough to get some peace and quiet. I was able to walk easily to my tour meeting points + catch the ferry. The family was very sweet, accommodating and helpful + the space is so big! I was so shocked when I first saw it. Super clean, and a great price. 10/10 stars!! Thank you for the great stay House Sandra!

I NEVER write reviews but felt I had to write one for this new family-run hotel. What a delightful experience! My father has Parkinson's Disease, and this will probably be his last trip abroad. I had to find a hotel that could accommodate his disability (he has to use a walker). You won't find a better place to stay in Split. They were all so welcoming and gave us some welcome grappa as well as detailed information of restaurants and activities. It was close, walking distance if able, but...
