"I stayed here before an early fly to Germany. this was perfect because it allowed us to sleep longer. the staff was nice and offered to print our boarding passes and provide a wake up call. the hotel is well kept and the last floor has a full bar and restaurant even opened on sunday this was one of our favorite parts of our stay. "Hotel clásico, con hermosa vista y muy bien ubicado a cuadras del centro de Southend on Sea. El hotel tiene un excelente restaurant, buen desayuno buffet incluido en el precio, muy bien atendido. El personal es muy cordial. Respecto a las habitaciones, algunas de ellas miran a un patio interior. También hay olor a encierro por falta de ventilación en los baños."
