We enjoyed our stay at Cedar Manor. The hosts were great and offered advice on dining in the local area and walking directions to the town. We spent most of our time traveling the area and did not eat in the restaurant. The room was a little on the small side and the hot weather required a fan in the room which did not add to the comfort. Otherwise all good and worth a visit
A truly amazing property. Unparalleled service, exquisite country setting, the most wonderful food and presentation. We were here two different nites within a week and were welcomed back on our second stay like old friends. Deco is amazing...cannot say enough about this wonderful property. Be sure to visit the llamas!
Glenn and Susann were lovely hosts who showed us great hospitality. The bed was very comfortable, and breakfast was skillfully cooked to order, full of options and served with great attention. We enjoyed our stay at Storrs Gate House during our time in the Lake District.
Really lovely B & B just a few minutes walk into the centre which had plenty of independent shops, cafes and restaurants
It’s also near the Orrest Head walk with spectacular views.
We ate at Tapios one night for delicious tapas and highly recommended them.

We opted for a full English breakfast which was not the biggest one I’ve had but cooked fresh and nicely presented and the option of...
This is our third stay at The Beaumont House, so obviously we love it! The gracious host Denise greeted us warming, the room was amazing, and the breakfast was perfect!
This was a wonderful location. It was walking distance from both Windermere and Bowness.
The breakfast was delicious and all the staff were quite helpful!
The property and staff are great. The area is a good place to. Visit to relax and enjoy food and beverage. There was any a lot to do in the Lake District other than that.
